Gyro like a pro. Learn how to make real Greek chicken gyro from scratch. You will season your fresh chicken with a Greek secret spice blend and then cook the chicken until tender and juicy. You will also make some fresh pita bread from scratch and the iconic white sauce; tzatziki dip. There will be an array of other healthy condiments for your gyro including lettuce, tomatoes and feta cheese. Join us and get your gyro on.

In May 2017 Maria released her fourth book MY GREEK FAMILY TABLE.
