St Maarten Shore Excursion: Maho Beach and Lucas Bay Sightseeing

After disembarking your cruise ship, meet your guide, hop in the comfortable, air-conditioned van and get ready for 5 hours of exploring St Maarten. Expect to learn a lot about the island from the guide as the island has a rich history and culture.

Stop in the cute village of Grand Case, crammed with restaurants housed in buildings bedecked in a gingerbread house–style of architecture. Eat in one of them, snack on barbeque at a street stand or spend some time on the nearby beach.

Then drive to Marigot, the capital of the French side of the island. Spend 45 minutes on your own, strolling the streets of the city. Stop for French pastry or walk around the outdoor market offering spices, vegetables and other items. Get back in the van for a the short drive to Maho Beach, where you can watch jumbo jets land just overhead from the beach, before being deposited back at the cruise terminal.

In the extremely unlikely event your ship has departed, we will arrange for transportation to the next port-of-call.
